Keelan Records Hat Trick as Louisville Downs Carrollton 6-2 – Girls Soccer

The Louisville Leopards Girls Soccer Team tripled the score of the visiting Carrollton Warriors 6-2 Monday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the victory, Louisville is now 2-2-1 on the season.
Junior Morgan Keelan recorded a hat trick to lead the Lady Leopards. Senior Gabby Smith also scored a pair of goals and Freshman Natalie Lab found the back of the net once as well. All three goal scorers also finished with one assist each.
Louisville out-shot Carrollton 21-10 and held a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks. Sophomore Goalkeeper Amelia Henderhan also recored 8 saves in the net for the Leopards.
Louisville has now won their last 9 matches against Carrollton dating back to 2011, which includes winning their last 4 in the series at home. The Lady Leopards are now 15-0-1 against the Lady Warriors all-time, with their lone tie a 2-2 draw in 2010. LHS is 7-0-1 overall when playing at home in the series.
