Volleyball Downs South in Four Sets

The Lady Leopards dropped the first set against the Canton South Wildcats at Louisville Middle School Thursday evening, but won the next three to win the match 19-25, 25-13, 25-18, 25-12.
Mackenzie Begue was unreal serving with 13 points including 6 aces, Molly Brown was the top hitter with 12 kills and also had 15 digs, Danielle Baker sent South hits back to where they came from with 4 blocks, and setting up the Lady Leps all night long was Maddie Gramoy with 35 assists.
After an 0-3 start the Lady Leopards are now 2-3 on the year and 2-1 in the conference.
JV RESULT: Louisville 25-25, Canton South 6-15
UP NEXT: The Lady Leps will next host the West Branch Warriors on Saturday, September 10. JV begins at 10 AM and Varsity will follow afterward at approximately 11 AM.
