The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Soccer shutout the visiting Ravenna Ravens 4-0 in their season opener Thursday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium.

Adams Scores a Pair of Goals for Louisville

Jenny Can Cleaning AdJunior Brady Adams scored a goal in each half to lead the Leopards on offense. Other first half goal scorers included sophomore Kadan Swope and junior Cameron Young.

All four Louisville goals were assisted. Junior Drew Dillen, sophomore Damien Lowder, junior Brayden Mayle, and Swope all tallied assists for the Leopards.


Emmons Records Shutout in Debut

Louisville junior Noah Emmons recorded 6 saves and earned a shutout in his starting debut at goalkeeper.

The Leopards have now won three straight against the Ravens dating back to 2020 and have taken six of the last seven in the Battle for Route 44 overall. Louisville now leads the all-time series over Ravenna 6-3, which includes a 5-1 mark in games played at LHS in the series. This is the third time the Leopards have shutout the Ravens in the history of the series.
