Abby Demos scored 4 goals to lead Louisville past visiting Medina Buckeye 20-0 in their season opener Wednesday. Izzy Babcock, Grace Diller, Claire Genet, and Jaden Pumneo also registered hat tricks for the Lady Leopards.
Taylor Schneider hit a go-ahead 2-run single in the sixth, but the Tigers rallied in the seventh to down the Leopards 5-3. Katelynn Miller also went 2-for-3 and struck out 9 in the circle.

Mason Warner, Parker Daum, and Kane Johns all scored goals, but Louisville fell to visiting Hickory (PA) 12-3 in their home opener to fall to 2-2 on the season.

Paxton Laughlin, Colton Rhoads, Kaiden Barker, & Aric Criss all placed 3rd as the Leopards finished as District Runner-Up as a team. Emilio Rodriguez, Xavier Pollard, and Zander McCrobie also placed 4th to advance to state.
Paxton Laughlin, Xavier Pollard, Liam Montgomery, Kaiden Barker, Aric Criss, Micah Bricker, and Jakeb Beard all won sectional titles as the Leopards claimed their 8th sectional title in 9 seasons. All 14 LHS wrestlers placed and 12 qualified for districts.
Brandon Sanders scored 12 and Drake Wilson added 11 to lead the #9 Leopards in their 61-45 DIII Northeast 6 District Semifinal loss to the host #1 Aviators. Cody Zahler also scored 9 and Colten Norris tacked on 6 as LHS finished 9-15.
Cohen Rogers scored a game-high 28 points to lead the #29 Leopards over the visiting #35 Greenmen in the DIII Northeast 6 Sectional Finals. Brandon Sanders and Drake Wilson also scored 9 each as LHS improved to 9-14.
