West Branch Snaps 23 Game Spell Against Louisville Softball
The Lady Leopards saw their 42-game road winning streak in the NBC snapped by the host Warriors 2-1 in extra innings. The victory was West Branch’s first over Louisville since 2004.

Freshman Baseball Falls to North Canton Hoover 9-3
Max Hartline batted 2-for-3 with an RBI double, but the Leopards fell to the Vikings 9-3. Austin Cummings and Conner Birone also had RBIs for Louisville who is now 2-1 on the season.
Boys Tennis Blanks Salem to Move to 3-0
Jake Pukys won a perfect 6-0, 6-0 to lead the Leopards to a 5-0 shutout of the Quakers. The Doubles Teams of Alex Hall & Kyle Robinson and Asa Herron & Zach Eddins also took their matches without losing a single set point.

Boys Tennis Opens NBC Play With Win at Marlington
Jake Pukys won #1 Singles 6-0, 6-1 to lead the Leopards in a 4-1 road victory against the Dukes. Kyle Shepherd also won #3 Singles and the Doubles Teams of Alex Hall & Kyle Shepherd and Asa Herron & Zach Eddins also prevailed.
Baseball Drops NBC Opener in Pitcher’s Duel at West Branch
Jake Adams pitched a complete game giving up just 1 earned run and striking out 4, but the Leopards fell to the Warriors 2-0. Tyler Adams & Corey White had the only hits for Louisville.
Squire Goes Yard Twice as Softball Socks Salem in Opener
Rylee Squire hit a pair of home runs & drove in 5 runs to lead the Leopards past the Quakers 14-0 in the season opener. Teagan Rice also went 3-for-3 and Kaycee Ollis went 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs.
