Bobby Ganser received All-Ohio honors placing 18th to lead Louisville in their 14th place finish out of 20 teams at the DI Boys OHSAA State Cross Country Meet. View full team and individual results.
Grayson Beamer made 6 catches for 131 yards and caught a touchdown but the Leopards fell to the Crusaders 26-22 on Senior Night. Colton Jones also threw for 253 yards with touchdown passes to Jason Goard and Ryan Pukys.
Bobby Ganser took 8th to lead Louisville to a 5th place finish at the DI Youngstown Regional. Miklos Hendricks also took 29th and Logn Ison captured 42nd as the Leopards punched their ticket to stat for the 6th time this decade.
Tyler Jackson connected with Zack Seaman for 3 touchdowns and ran for another to lead the Leopards past the Tigers 31-30. Brandon Kimble and Ethan Rebuck also recovered fumbles on defense for LHS who finishes 1-4-1.
The Leopards held the #1 ranked Tigers to their lowest point total of the season, but were blanked 24-0 at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. Dan Kennedy finished with 16 tackles, Grayson Beamer intercepted a pass, and Nathan Guiley recovered a fumble for now 5-4 Louisville.
Jordan Cherry caught, ran, and threw 2 touchdown passes to lead the Leopards past the Tigers 28-18 in the season finale. Luke Castles also recorded 2 of Louisville’s 4 takeaways on defense as LHS finished 5-3-1.
Riley Adams scored a pair of goals to tie the game, but the #3 Seed Red Riders downed the visiting #7 Seed Leopards 3-2 in overtime of the DII Canton District Finals. Kael Mickley also recorded an assist as Louisville finished the season 7-10-2.
Riley Adams scored both goals for #7 Seed Louisville in their 2-0 shutout win over #2 Seed Northwest in the DII Canton Sectional Finals. Joe Reynolds earned the shutout in goal with 13 saves as LHS improved to 7-9-2.
