The Lady Leopards defeated the Lady Knights 8-1 in scrimmage play Saturday. Peyton McKeever drove in two runs and Riley Bobo also scored a pair of runs to highlight Louisville.
Gianna Falcone struck out 11 and pitched a 3-hit shutout to help lead host Louisville past visiting Carrollton 7-0. Katie Cozy also hit a 2-run homer for the second consecutive game.

Jackson stunned Louisville 8-7 in game one, but the Leopards scored 5 runs in the first inning of the second game to win 8-4. Chandler Rice hit a 2-run homer & Amy Hoover had 5 hits.
In the circle, Brittany Flanigan & Gianna Falcone combined for 11 strikeouts. At the plate, Emily Isla & Katie Cozy went a combined 6 for 7 and scored 5 runs.
The Lady Leopards have yet to lose to a team in Stark County or the Federal League with a 9-1 victory over Canton McKinley. Gianna Falcone earned her fourth win of the season.
