Cami Nau led Louisville with 18 kills and 15 points & 5 aces serving as the Leopards downed the Tigers 22-25, 25-13, 29-27, 16-25, 16-14 in the DI Uniontown Sectional Semifinals. Morgan Cole had 30 assists, Ellie Jackson 12 digs, and Emily Fresenko 3 blocks for LHS.
Kayla Gibson scored the game-tying goal in the 50th minute of the contest, but the Spartans downed the Leopards on a late second half goal to win the DI Austintown Sectional Semifinal 2-1. Hannah Baughman recorded the assist for Louisville.
Morgan Cole placed 1st individually to lead the Girls to their second straight NBC Title. Miklos Hendricks placed 2nd individually to lead the Boys to a second place finish at the NBC Meet held at Copeland Oaks.
Carter Rode ran for a pair of touchdowns and threw a 51 yard touchdown pass to Austin Cummings, but Louisville fell to visiting West Branch 28-22. Vince Fehn forced a fumble that was recovered by Blake Davis on defense for the Leopards.
Max Hartline ran for 174 yards on the ground and scored 3 total touchdowns to lead the Leopards to a 38-21 victory over the host Warriors. Colton Jones also ran for a score and threw a touchdown pass to Bryce Zuppe.
Daniel Kennedy ran for 3 touchdowns and caught the game-winning score in the Leopards thrilling 38-30 win over the visiting Warriors. Tyler Jackson also threw a pair of touchdown passes and Andy Larson hauled in a score for LHS.
Senior Ellie Jackson finished with a team-high 18 digs as Louisville rallied to win 19-25, 25-16, 28-26, 25-22 over West Branch in the regular season finale. Cami Nau also had a team-leading 16 kills for the Leopards.
Hannah Baughman recorded a hat trick as Louisville blanked visiting Canton South 6-0 on Senior Night. Megan Chatelain, Aubry Fankhauser, and Kayla Gibson also scored goals for the Leopards who finish 5-2 in the NBC.
Bailey Adams scored 4 goals to lead Louisville to a 7-2 road win at Canton South in the regular season finale. Hunter Foley also scored a pair of goals and Logan Rich added another for the 7-7-2 Leopards.
