Katie Cozy, Gianna Falcone, Chandler Rice, Annie Woolf, and Head Coach Chet Givens all represented Stark County & the Leopards in the Stark-Summit All-Star Game at Akron Firestone Stadium Wednesday.
Clara Lemmon delivered the block of the year and provided the game-clinching steal during Louisville’s 49-48 victory at Central. Emily Nees led the Leps with 11 points and Hannah Lemmon poured in 10.
The Leopards ran the table to a perfect 14-0 in conference play and finished the season 15-3 overall. In their final three games they defeated Salem 42-27, beat Alliance 67-27, and lost to Central Catholic 35-26.
Alex Schooley led the Leopards with 12 points, Alex Hollifield scored 10 points, and Blake Hoover added 8 during the loss.
Kyle Baker and Riley Groves each scored two goals during the Leopards 6-1 win over Central Catholic. Groves also had 2 assists and Jerry Julian & Harrison Raub also scored.
Katie Warga led the Lady Leopards with the top score in 3 out of the last 4 matches, while Adrienne Metzger had the top score in the other match. Louisville down Central Catholic & Minerva, while falling to Lake & Salem to move to 5-5, 3-2.
