Zander Triplett went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles & Caden Kortis hit an RBI double as the Leopards defeated the visiting Spartans 5-3. Grayson Brunoni and Brock Leghart both went 2-for-3 with an RBI as LHS finished the regular season 14-9.
Izzy Babcock recorded a hat trick to lead the Leopards past the visiting Spartans 9-5. Abby Demos and Gianna Pentito also scored a pair of goals each as LHS improved to 6-4.
Maggie Baker poured in a game-high 16 and Mabel Kiko added 7 as the Lady Leopards defeated the visiting Spartans 35-27. Mikayla Salmons and Ella Tillett also tallied 6 points apiece as LHS won its third straight.
Emilio Rodriguez and Hunter Clark both had first period falls to highlight the Leopards in their 73-5 win over the visiting Spartans. Louisville record 9 falls, 3 tech falls, and won 13 of their 14 matches.
Taylor McCully’s all-around performance led #16 Louisville in their 26-24, 24-26, 22-25, 26-24, 8-15 loss to #15 Boardman in the DIII Northeast 4 District Semifinals. Mabel Kiko also had a team-high 16 kills, Emma Kroah 27 digs, and Carlee Rhome had 16 service points as LHS finished 14-9.
Kylah Meyer placed 5th and Amelie Anderson took 8th as the Louisville Girls took 8th in a 21-team field. Rounding out the Lady Leopards top five were Madelynn Bailey, Stella Blommel, and Izzy Babock.
Taylor McCully had 15 kills and 9 digs to lead the the Lady Leopards in their 25-21, 25-15, 21-25, 25-18 season opener win over the host Spartans. Mabel Kiko also had 10 kills and 2 blocks and Carlee Rhome finished with 22 assists and 3 aces.
Katelynn Miller hit an RBI single in the first and carried a no-hitter into the fifth, but the #2 seed Lady Spartans rallied to beat the #9 seed Lady Leopards 3-1 in the DIII Region 11 Finals at Divine Diamond. Louisville finishes 16-15-1 and Regional Runners-Up.
Izzy Babcock recorded a hat trick and Claire Genet scored the golden goal in double overtime as the Lady Leopards rallied from 3 goals down to beat the visiting Spartans. Cheyanne Franklin also scored twice as Louisville improved to 2-6.
Leah Claugus finished 2-for-2 with a double to lead the Lady Leopards in their 6-0 road loss to the host Spartans. Addy Campbell also went 1-for-3 as Louisville dropped to 1-1.
