The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team upended the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish 15-4 Tuesday Night. With the victory, Louisville remains undefeated on the young season improving to 3-0 on the year.
Kimble Nets 7 Goals to Lead Leopards
Senior midfielder Brandon Kimble outscored the opposition by himself with a game high 7 goals to go along with an assist to lead the Leopards. Junior midfielder Joey Johnson also registered a hat trick and senior attack Josh Bole added a pair of goals to round out Louisville’s multi-goal scorers.
Altogether six different Leopards players scored in the contest. Junior attack Zach Bennett, junior attack Jacob Davide, and senior midfielder Joe Reynolds each netted goals for LHS. Davide also finished with a team best 3 assists for Louisville.
Louisville Takes Series Lead Against Irish
The Leopards have now won their last three meetings against the Fighting Irish overall. Louisville now leads the head-to-head series 3-2, but the series is tied 1-1 in games played at Akron. The 11-goal margin is the most lopsided result in the five matchups in the series.
This is the first time the Leopards have started 3-0 since their inaugural 2015 season when they finished as state runner-ups.

UP NEXT: The Leopards will next host the Canfield Cardinals on Tuesday, April 5. JV will begin at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:30 PM from Louisville Leopards Stadium.

The Leopards JV Team earned their first victory of the season over the the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish 8-1 Tuesday Evening. With the win, Louisville is now 1-1 on the year.
Sophomore attack Jacob Sanders recorded a hat trick to lead the Leopards. Junior midfielder AJ Kroah also added a pair of goals for Louisville.
Other Leopard goal scorers included freshman attackmen Blake Balderson, Mitchell Edgein, and Brayden Long.
