Leopards Earn Road Victory at North Canton Hoover – Volleyball
Louisville 25-15-25-25, North Canton Hoover 20-25-21-20
The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team earned a 25-20, 15-25, 25-21, 25-20 road victory over the host North Canton Hoover Vikings at Hoover High School Thursday Evening. With the victory, Louisville improves to 3-2 on the season.
Paige Cole led the Lady Leopards offense with 25 Kills. Other leaders for Louisville included Amanda Clark with 19 Assists and Sydney Bast with 12 Digs.
This is the Leopards first victory over the Vikings since they swept them in the 2016 DI District Semifinals 25-15, 25-21, 25-15. Hoover had won the previous three regular season meetings coming into the contest. Prior to that, the 2015 season opener is the last time Louisville won at North Canton 16-25, 25-13, 25-19, 25-21.JV: Louisville 2, North Canton Hoover 1
UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next host the Tuslaw Mustangs on Monday, September 9. JV will begin at 5:00 PM and Varsity will follow at 6:00 PM.
