Louisville 28, Canfield 0

Pavin Parks threw three touchdown passes to lead the Leopards over Canfield 28-0.  Kyle Woost, Oskar Creutzer, and AJ Minster each caught touchdown passes for the Leopards and Walter Schrock ran in the final touchdown from 10 yards out.  The shutout is also the Leopard JV squad’s third straight dating back to the end of last season when they blanked West Branch 33-0 and drowned Salem in their own mud 20-0.

Creutzer, who caught a touchdown pass, also ran in a touchdown near the end of the game.  However, a penalty nullified the touchdown and Louisville elected to run the clock out instead of attempting to run another play near the goal line.  Creutzer is an exchange student from Germany.

UP NEXT: The JV squad will next host the North Canton Hoover Vikings on Saturday, September 1 at 10:00 AM.  Last year the Leopards JV squad lost at Memorial Stadium 7-0.
