Alliance Aviators at Louisville Leopards Girls Basketball 2013 Video Highlights

Louisville 53, Alliance 18

Ten different Lady Leopards scored during their 53-18 victory over the Alliance Lady Aviators Saturday.  Mackenzie Rankin led all scorers with 13 points.

Louisville scored the first 30 points of the contest and held Alliance off the scoreboard until the waning seconds Beatty's Winter Hoodiesof the first half.  The Aviators played even with the Leopards in the third period to make the score 42-12 heading in the fourth quarter.  The Louisville outscored Alliance 11-6 in the fourth to close the deal.

Louisville forced 26 Alliance turnovers and held the Aviators to just 18 points.  This is the lowest total for an opponent all season long.

Rachel Zeller also scored 8 and Clara Lemmon poured in 7 for the Lady Leps.

With the victory, the Lady Leopards are now 9-3 overall and 6-0 in the conference.

Grace Jackson and Rachel Zeller each scored a game-high 10 points to lead the Lady Leopards over the Alliance Lady Aviators 57-15.

Louisville led 28-8 at halftime, 40-13 after three quarters, and outscored Alliance 17-2 in the final period to remove all doubt.

Ten different Lady Leopards scored in the contest.  Emily Hollifield also scored 9 points, while Sydney Bartolet and Morgan Paulus each added 6.

The Lady Leopards Junior Varsity squad is now 9-2 overall and 6-0 in the NBC.
