Girls Tennis Edges Blue Streaks 3-2

The Louisville Leopards Girls Tennis team edged the visiting Lake Blue Streaks 3-2 Wednesday at LHS. With the win, Louisville is now 7-4 on the year.
Kayla Pukys set the tone in #1 Singles with a straight set 6-1, 6-2 victory for the Leopards. Natalie Richards battled through the first set of #3 Singles before breezing by the opposition in the second set to win her match 7-5, 6-1.
The deciding point for Louisville came in #1 Doubles. The team of Caitlin Kerzan & Alexis Pochubay earned a 6-4, 6-0 victory to take their match and give the Leopards the win.
Louisville has now defeated Lake in 6 consecutive matches. The Leopards lead the all-time series 25-4.
