The Leopards went on the road to defeat the Aviators 4-1 on Tuesday and the Blue Streaks 5-0 on Wednesday to improve to 6-5 on the season.
The Lady Leopards defeated Canton South 4-1 and then blanked West Branch & Salem 5-0 to earn their 60th consecutive NBC victory. Louisville now stands alone in 1st place in the conference standings.
Kayla Pukys dominated in #1 Singles 6-0, 6-3 but the Leopards still fell to the undefeated Jaguars 4-1 in the second round of the OTCA Tournament.
The Leopards blanked the Blue Streaks 5-0 in the opening round of the OTCA Tournament winning 4 of their 5 matches in straight sets. Louisville has now won 7 straight against Lake.
Kayla Pukys forced a third set in #1 Singles, but fell in a Super Tie Breaker to Marissa Madison as the Columbus School for Girls Shutout Louisville 5-0 in the season opener.
Mandy Wesely scored the game-winner with 1:40 left to lift the Leopards past the Lancers 11-10 in their inaugural tournament game. Emily Hollifield & Katie Hollifield each had Hat Tricks for Louisville.
Alexa Oberster scored 4 goals to lead the Leopards past the Cardinals 12-6. Emily Hollifield & Liz Pugh also add 2 goals each as Louisville won their 6th straight.
Alexa Oberster tied a team record with 7 goals to lead the Lady Leopards past the Blue Streaks 13-5. Liz Pugh also recorded a hat trick and Marissa Vick added a pair of goals.
Kayla Pukys became just the third Lady Leopards Singles Player in school history to qualify for the State Tournament and also defeated Jackson’s Emily Thomas to capture fifth at the DI Oberlin District Tournament.
