Leopards Blowout Aviators 7-0 to Earn 1st Win – Boys Soccer

The Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer team shutout the visiting Alliance Aviators 7-0 Thursday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the victory, Louisville is now 1-2-1 on the season.
Senior Riley Adams finished with a pair of goals and a pair of assists to lead the Leopards on offense. His brother, freshman Brady Adams also scored a goal and added an assist for LHS.
Altogether 6 different Louisville players found the back of the net. Other goal scorers included junior Kael Mickley, junior Mason Foley, freshman Ethan Diller, and freshman Drew Dillen.
Freshman Cameron Young also added an assist for the Leopards. Riley Adams headed home Young’s throw in to make it 5-0 in the opening half as LHS went into the break up 6-0.
Senior goalkeeper Joe Reynolds and freshman Noah Emmons combined for the shutout in goal for Louisville.
The Leopards have now defeated the Aviators in 6 of their past 7 match-ups overall with LHS winning the past 5 games in the series at Louisville. The Aviators still lead the all-time series 11-8-1 dating back to 2003, but the series is now an even 5-5 when playing at LHS.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next hit the road to take on the Field Falcons on Thursday, September 17. JV will begin at 5:00 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:00 PM.
