Samantha's Grill AdThe Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer Team fell to the host GlenOak Golden Eagles 2-1 Saturday Afternoon at Bob Commings Field. With the loss, Louisville falls to 0-2-1 on the young season.

Riley Adams scored the Leopards only goal in the second half to cut the Golden Eagles lead in half. However, Louisville would get no closer.

Lingenhoel Group - Arden and Lisa Lingenhoel - Cutler Real Estate AdGlenOak scored both their goals in the first half. Josiah Foster scored at the 20:44 mark and Sebastian Melendez hit home on a PK with 2:34 remaining in the opening half.

The Leopards held a 12-11 edge in shots on goal. Golden Eagles Goalkeeper Michael Landis finished with a match-high 11 saves, while Joe Reynolds recorded 9 saves in goal for Louisville.

JV: Louisville 1, GlenOak 1

The Leopards tied the host Eagles 1-1 in the JV game. With the draw, Louisville JV is now 1-1-1 on the season.

Ethan Diller scored the only goal for the Leopards.

GlenOak’s lone score came via Dakota Preusser.
