The Leopards started the 2006 Campaign on a high note as they upended the visiting Poland Seminary Bulldogs 35-13 back on August 25, 2006.
Louisville seized all momentum early as they went up 14-0 in the first quarter. The slippery Kyle Falk starting the scoring by catching a 20 yard touchdown pass from Quarterback Ben Schmucker. Falk would finish as the game’s leading receiver with 8 catches for 94 yards.
Schmucker finished the contest 14 of 20 passing for 154 yards. He also made plenty of noise on the ground as he scored on runs of 1 and 30 yards.

The Leopards out-rushed the Bulldogs 153-77. Brandon Hostetler led the way with 85 yards and two scores on the ground. The victory was Louisville’s 13th consecutive regular season win.
Carl Davanzo led Poland by scoring on two touchdown runs.
