Stertzbach Returns, Leads Leps to 6-4 Win at Carrollton
Dillon Stertzbach pitched 6 solid innings and struck out 11 to lead the Louisville past host Carrollton 6-4. Stertzbach also had 2 RBI’s offensively and Chad Neff had a 2-run triple for the 13-5, 9-2 Leopards.
Lady Leopards Rout Salem 10-0, Close in on NBC Title
Emily Isla and Katie Cozy each went 3-for-3 with 4 RBI’s to lead the Lady Leopards to a 10-0 home win over the Salem Quakers. Gianna Falcone also pitched a five inning two-hit shutout.

The Leopards boys tennis team edged out Canton South 3-2 in moving to 7-0 in the NBC and 13-1 overall. With the sweep of South, Louisville has now won 5 of their 7 NBC matches by counts of 3-2.

The Leopards boys tennis team won their twelfth straight match after defeating United Local 4-1 Friday evening on the road. Louisville is now 12-1 overall this season and are 21-0 against the Eagles all-time.

Chandler Rice went 3-for-4 with a triple, 2 RBI’s, and scored 2 runs to help lead the Lady Leopards to an 8-2 win at Minerva. Brittany Flanigan also pitched a complete game & struck out 7.

Jon Crank hit a 2-run homer in the top of the sixth and Riley Groves also pitched a complete game striking out 6 and also drove in a run at the plate to lead the 12-5, 8-2 Leopards.
