Andrew Essik scored a pair of touchdowns as the Leopards rallied back from a 12-0 deficit to defeat the host Quakers 16-12. Jacob Davide scored both two-point conversions for now 2-0-1 Louisville.
Tyler Jackson ran for a pair of touchdowns and also threw touchdown passes to Clayton Elder and Daniel Kennedy as the Leopards JV shutout the Quakers 34-0. Gage Hartman also had a rushing touchdown for 2-1 Louisville.
Quarterback Connor Adelman rushed for 4 touchdowns to lead the Louisville Freshman past visiting New Philadelphia 35-18. Ethan Thomas also rushed for a 4th quarter touchdown as the Leopards moved to 2-1 on the year.
Shawn Gribble scored the game-winning touchdown with 4:23 remaining to push New Philadelphia past Louisville 22-14 back on October 6, 1989. Rob Arnold scored the game-tying touchdown for the Leopards minutes before.
