Morgan Harris & Kirsten Wharmby combined to strikeout 12 as the Leopards defeated the Tigers 8-3. Grace Jackson also cracked a 2-run homer & Aliyah English hit a 2-run double.
The Lady Leopards drew the 16th Seed at Sunday’s SVSM/Walsh District Tournament Draw and will face the winner of New Philadelphia at Massillon in the Sectional Semifinals on February 26.
Drew Noble, Joe Crank, Chris Libertore, and Jake Adams all reached double figures during the Leopards 71-52 victory over the Wolverines. Louisville is now 6-0, their best start since 2000-01.
Louisville drew the 4th Seed in the DI Austintown Girls Soccer Tournament Draw and will play the winner of Canton McKinley at GlenOak on October 16 in the Sectional Finals.

Louisville placed 6th as a team with a score of 340 at the Stark County Championship Tournament Saturday. Matt Eddins led the Leopards with a team low score of 84.
Austin Terra scored the only Leopards goal and Trevor Burk provided the assist during a 1-1 tie with the host Tigers Thursday.
Alex Hollifield went 3-for-3 with 3 runs batted in, Brock Haren also hit a 2-run single, and Corey Hileman pitched a complete game shutout in Louisville’s 10-0 win against Salem.
