LMS Wrestling Wins Lake Christmas Duals
The Leopards went 5-0 to capture first place at the Lake Christmas Duals. Louisville defeated Austintown Fitch 54-30 in the Semifinals and host Lake 53-35 in the Championship.

The Leopards had 6 wrestlers finish in 1st place individually on their way to winning the Crestview Invitational. Louisville also defeated Alliance 44-22 to open the season on Thursday.
Louisville defeated Alliance 63-18 to improve to 5-1 on the season. Daniel Kennedy, Davin Rhoads, Nick Sirohman, and Dale Stauffer all won by pin to lead the Leopards.
Brock Mehl took 1st place individually. Andy Graham & Ryan Jakubiak also took 2nd place and Brent Paulus placed 3rd.
Longtime Louisville Teacher, Coach, and Friend John Rill passed away at the age of 70 Tuesday. Services will be held on Sunday & Monday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Alliance.
The Leopards placed 4th in the State as a Team in the OAC Junior High State Duals. Brent Paulus, Jax Leonard, and Carter Mickley all placed individually.
Leopards Wrestling’s postseason was highlighted by Jimmy Leonard punching his ticket to the state meet after placing 2nd at Districts. Leonard along with Andy Graham both won Sectional Titles earlier.
Leopards Middle School Wrestling placed 1st in five different tournaments including the NBC Tournament. They finished with a record of 16-0 and will be competing at the State Tournament on March 6.
Frankie Falcone, Jimmy Leonard, and Brock Mehl all won by pin to lead the Leopards to a 46-15 victory over the Wildcats. Louisville finishes 5-2 in the NBC.
The Leopards pounded the Quakers 54-19 to secure their first winning NBC Record since 2011-12. Seniors Frankie Falcone & Logan Skolosh were honored.
