Morgan Harris struck out 9 and Emily Cantley hit a 2-run homer & drove in 5 to lead the Leopards past the Warriors 10-0 in 6 Innings. Katie Cozy also had 3 RBIs and Grace Jackson batted 4-for-4.
The Leopards won every match in two sets to take their first meeting with the Crusaders since 1986 by a count of 5-0. Louisville is now 2-1 on the season.
The Leopards turned 2 double plays and Jake Adams & Marco Buccasso combined for a shutout in Louisville’s 7-0 win over the Lions. Stephen Kerzan also cracked 2 RBI doubles.
Emily Cantley hit a 3-run homer & drove in 5 runs, Lexi Given jacked a 3-run homer, and Grace Jackson also hit a solo blast & drove in 3 runs during the Lady Leopards 14-3 road victory over the Wildcats.
Louisville fell to the Hillsdale Falcons 7-4 in the first game and then lost to the host Keystone Wildcats 8-1 in the second contest. The Lady Leopards are now 1-3 on the season.
Reis Rankin hit a 2-run triple & was driven home by Stephen Kerzan in the last of the 7th as the Leopards earned a 6-5 walk-off win against the visiting Blue Devils.
Jake Pukys won a three-set match in #1 Singles 6-0, 4-6, 6-0 but the Leopards still fell to the Hornets 4-1 in the opening round of the OTCA Tournament.
Jared Holland scored 5 goals & Jake Mathie added 4 more to lead the Leopards past the visiting Bulldogs 12-2 Wednesday. Louis Keller also had 4 assists for Louisville.
The Louisville Boys placed 4th at the North Canton Relays on Saturday but fell to host Carrollton 72-56 on Tuesday. The Lady Leopards defeated the Lady Warriors 85-42.
