Bob Blandford returned a fumble for a score to lead a Leopards defense that shutout the Golden Raiders 34-0 back on September 17, 1971. Louisville rushed for 229 yards paced by Ken Kuhn who ran for 86 yard and a score.
The Panthers spoiled the Leopards chance for an undisputed Federal League Title with a 15-13 upset on November 6, 1970. Ken Kuhn rushed for 82 yards & 2 touchdowns to lead Louisville.
Chuck Ehlers scored two touchdowns & caught another during Louisville’s 36-0 win over Poland. Bob Gladieux also ran for a touchdown and threw for another during the rout of the Bulldogs.
