Louisville finished four strokes ahead of regular season champion Minerva to force a share of the NBC Title with the lions. Sierra Townsend was the Tournament Medalist after shooting a 78.
Louisville placed 6th as a team with a score of 340 at the Stark County Championship Tournament Saturday. Matt Eddins led the Leopards with a team low score of 84.
Bailey Adams scored a first half goal for the Leopards, but the Blue Streaks answered with a pair of second half goals from Lucas Nichols to take the game 2-1.
Rachel Baughman scored two goals and both Devin Kring & Lizzy Mont added a goal, but the Lady Leopards fell to the Blue Streaks 6-4.
The Louisville Boys placed 3rd and the Lady Leopards took 28th at the Boardman Spartan Invitational. Ben Tornow took 10th place to lead the Boys Squad.
Both #3 Singles Player Kayla Pukys & the #2 Doubles Team of Lindsay Brindack & Natalie Richards won a perfect 6-0, 6-0 to lead the Lady Leopards past the host Blue Streaks 4-1.
Noah Chaplik finished 2nd overall to lead the Boys who took 2nd place as a team. The Lady Leopards also finished 10th.
Louisville defeated host Lake 25-14, 25-23, 25-22 Thursday. Emily Hollifield provided the game-winning kill in each set. JV & Freshman also both won.
Bailey Spring shot a 53 to lead the Lady Leopards, but Louisville still fell to Lake 208-219 in the opener at Skyland Pines.
