The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis Team defeated the visiting New Philadelphia Quakers 4-1 Thursday. Louisville has now won 5 of its last 6 and improves to 8-7 on the season with the win.

Stoffer and Duskey Win Singles Matches for LHS

Jenny Can Cleaning AdFreshman Gabe Stoffer and Chase Duskey both won their singles matches to lead the Leopards. Stoffer won #2 singles in straight sets 6-2, 6-0. Duskey claimed a perfect #3 singles victory by a 6-0, 6-0 count.

Both Louisville doubles teams also won in two sets. The #1 doubles team of senior Garett Holleran and junior Brenden Eyler dominated out of the gate in their 6-0, 7-5 win. The #2 LHS freshman doubles team of Peyton Eyler and Logan Demos also claimed a perfect 6-0, 6-0 victory.


Malcolm Earns Lone Win for Quakers

Equitable Advisors - Bryce MathieReese Malcolm defeated junior Austin Beck 6-3, 6-4 in #1 singles to claim the Quakers lone victory.

Louisville has now defeated New Philadelphia in 7 straight matches dating back to 2017. This includes the last 4 meetings played at LHS. The Leopards are now 17-6 against the Quakers all-time.
