Louisville 56, Kent Roosevelt 14

The Louisville Leopards stormed to a 48-7 halftime lead before cruising to a 56-14 win over the visiting Kent Roosevelt Rough Riders on August 30, 2002.

The Louisville defense and special teams did an excellent job of creating turnovers and setting up

In the passing game, Gary Whaley found Justin Boudler for scores of 22 and 26 yards. Backup Quarterback Josh Vacha also connected with Bart Miller on a shuffle pass for a 23 yard score. The only other scoring was done by the defense when Andy Danford made a tackle in the endzone for a safety.

The win kept Louisville undefeated at 2-0 and Kent Roosevelt winless at 0-2.
