Louisville Leopards Vs. Canfield Cardinals Boys Basketball 2019 Video Highlights

The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Basketball Team fell in overtime to the Canfield Cardinals 62-56 Friday Afternoon at Quicken Loans Arena. With the loss, Louisville is now 7-4 on the season.
Spencer Hall scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the second half and in overtime to lead the Leopards. Jared Mathie also scored 5 of his 11 points in the fourth quarter and Cam King scored all of his 10 points in the first half of play for LHS.
The game remained tight throughout with Louisville holding a one point advantage at the end of the first quarter 16-15 and going into the break at 27-26. Canfield knotted the game up at 40-40 by the end of the third quarter and the two squads played an even 7-7 fourth quarter to send the game into overtime tied at 47 apiece.
Conor Crogan keyed the Cardinals by scoring 7 of his 14 points in the extra period as Canfield outscored Louisville 15-9 in overtime. Teammate Kyle Gamble led the Cardinals with a team-high 15 points and Aydin Hanousek also scored double figures with 13.
This was the first meeting between the two schools in boys basketball since 1994. Canfield leads the all-time series 3-0. The Leopards are now 1-1 in games played at Quicken Loans Arena. They beat the Austintown Fitch Falcons 66-56 last season at the Q.
