The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team fell on the road against the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish 7-4 Saturday Afternoon at Green Street Stadium in Akron. With the loss, Louisville falls to an even 2-2 on the season.
Marcantonio Scores a Pair of Goals to Lead Leps
Junior Olivia Marcantonio scored a pair of goals to lead the Lady Leopards on offense. Senior Hallie Schillig also scored a goal and registered an assist.
Senior Chloe Shadle found the back of the net for Louisville’s other goal and junior Kalli Spehar also tallied an assist.
Bricker Registers 13 Saves for Louisville
Sophomore goalkeeper Sarah Bricker finished with 13 saves in goal for the Lady Leopards.
This was the first ever meeting between the two schools in girls lacrosse.
