Lady Leopards Win 10th Straight at Perry 166-218 – Girls Golf

The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team defeated the host Perry Panthers 166-218 at Legends Golf Course Wednesday. With their 10th straight victory, Louisville is now 10-1 on the season.
Alexis Ralston was the match medalist in recording a match low 37 to lead the Lady Leopards. Madison Gruber shot a 40 and Erin Strouse a 43 for LHS as well. Katie Bice and Abby Davis both carded a 46 to round out the Louisville scoring and Lauren L’Amoreaux also shot a 56.
Perry was led by Sophia Ross who shot a team best 41. Other Panthers top scorers included Gabby Lucas 52, Kassidy Glover 62, and Mallory Johnson 63.
Despite the road match, Louisville improved their margin of victory over Perry by 13 strokes after defeating the Panthers 155-194 at Pleasant View on August 19. The Leopards now lead the all-time series 8-2, which includes a 4-1 record in matches played at Perry. Louisville has won the last 3 matches in the series overall.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next compete in a tri-match against the host Lake Blue Streaks and Wadsworth Grizzles on Thursday, September 5. Match is set to begin at 3:30 PM from Sable Creek Golf Course.
