Louisville Nullifies Nordonia 3-0 – Boys Soccer

The Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer Team earned a 3-0 shutout against the host Nordonia Knights Thursday Night. With the win, Louisville improves to 4-6-1 on the year.
Goalie Clayton McLaughlin earned the shutout and finished with 13 saves in goal to lead the Leopards on defense.
On offense, Louisville broke the deadlock when Hunter Foley found the net in the 10th minute. The Leopards would add on two more scores in the second half when Bailey Adams and AJ Meeks recorded goals less than three minutes apart. Adams scored at the 13:36 mark and Meeks gave the Leopards a 3-0 lead with 10:52 left in the game.
Adams and Bradley Terra tallied the assists for Louisville.
The Leopards are now 2-0 against the Knights all-time winning in each of the past two seasons. Louisville also shutout Nordonia at home last season by the count of 2-0 in a weather shortened match.
