Lady Leopards Storm Past Tornadoes 161-192 – Girls Golf

The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team downed the host Dover Tornadoes 161-192 Friday Evening at Zoar Golf Club. With the victory, Louisville improves to 3-2 on the season.
Strouse Cards Match Low 37
Senior Erin Strouse led the Lady Leopards by carding a match low 37. Fellow senior Abby Davis also shot 39 to finish in front of Dover’s best.
Senior Alexis Ralston tallied 41, and both senior Lauren L’Amoreaux and junior Kylie Wallace finished with 44 to complete the Louisville scoring. Sophomore Peyton Biery also shot 47 in matching the Tornadoes second best score.

Schie Leads Lady Tornadoes
Dover was led by Riley Schie who shot a team best 40. Rounding out the Lady Tornadoes scoring were Ava Adams 47, Mya Downing 50, and Sara Klar 55. Other varsity participants of DHS included Olivia Patton who shot 59 and Izzy Lint who shot 61.
With the victory, Louisville remains undefeated against Dover 8-0 all-time dating back to their first meeting in 2013. The Lady Leopards are also 4-0 when facing the Lady Tornadoes on the road at Zoar Golf Club. Friday’s match was the lowest combined score in series history as the teams combined for 353.
