Leopards Shutout Aviators on the Road 5-0 – Boys Tennis

The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis Team shutout the host Alliance Aviators 5-0 Thursday at Alliance High School. With the win, Louisville improves to 9-8 on the season.
Beck and Duskey Post 6-0, 6-0 Wins
All three Leopards singles players won in straight sets. Junior #1 singles player Austin Beck and freshman #3 singles player Chase Duskey both won by a perfect 6-0, 6-0 count. Freshman Gabe Stoffer also blanked the opposition in the second set of #2 singles as he won 6-2, 6-0.
Both Louisville doubles teams also took their matches in two sets. The #1 doubles team of senior Garett Holleran and junior Brenden Eyler won in straight sets 6-0, 6-1. The freshman laden #2 doubles team of Peyton Eyler and Logan Demos were also victorious 7-5, 6-2.
Leopards Win 25th Straight Match Vs. Aviators
The Leopards have now defeated the Aviators in 25 straight matches, a streak that began in the 2007 season. Louisville has also won 40 of their last 41 matchups against Alliance dating back to 1991.
The Leopards now lead the all-time series with the Aviators 52-5 overall.
