Jenny Can Cleaning AdLouisville Varsity Leopards defeated Ellet 9-6 on Tuesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at five with Louisville Varsity Leopards batting in the top of the sixth when Connor Morley singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Both pitching staffs had their hands full, frequently dealing with runners on base. Louisville Varsity Leopards collected 11 hits and Ellet had 12.

Ellet knotted the game up at five in the bottom of the fourth inning. An error scored two runs for Ellet.

Carter Deem was credited with the victory for Louisville Varsity Leopards. The bulldog allowed nine hits and five runs over five innings, striking out six and walking one. Zan Keister threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Faulconner led things off on the mound for Ellet. The pitcher surrendered six runs on eight hits over five innings, striking out two. D Brown threw two innings in relief.

Ellet totaled 12 hits in the game. Brown, Merrins, Ingham, Allen, and Lehman each collected multiple hits for Ellet.
