Louisville Falls to Canfield 14-5

Louisville fell to visiting Canfield 14-5 Wednesday Evening. With the loss, the Lady Leopards are now 3-3 on the season.
The Cardinals used a 6-run third inning to break the game open. Canfield pounded out 14 runs on 
16 hits during their victory.
Keri Hupp had 2 RBI hits to lead Louisville. Amy Hoover & Grace Jackson also each hit solo homers to make the Leopards team total 9 for the year.
The only other Louisville run came via Lexi Given’s second inning sacrifice that brought home Emily Cantley. Annie Woolf also had 2 hits for the Leopards and her courtesy runner Savannah Miner also scored 2 runs.
Louisville is now 2-1 against Canfield all-time and has outscored them 30-29 over those three games.
