The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team fell to the visiting Archbishop Hoban Knights 19-1 Friday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With their third straight loss, Louisville drops to 3-4 on the season.

Colley Scores Lone Leopard Goal Late
Seth Colley fired a worm burner from a tight angle to the right of the net and it hit its mark for the Leopards’ lone goal of the contest. Sean Philabaum provided the assist on the goal that broke up the shutout with 4:33 left in the game.
Knights Score 11 Goals in Opening Quarter
Archbishop Hoban reached double digits in the opening quarter pouring in 11 goals. The Knights would take a 13-0 lead into the half, tack on four more goals in the third, and build an 18-0 lead before Louisville would get on the board.
One final goal by Hoban made the final score 19-1 as the Knights secured their third straight victory. Archbishop Hoban is now 5-1 on the season.
Louisville Vs. Hoban Boys Lacrosse Series
The Leopards have now dropped their last three matchups against the Knights in as many seasons. Louisville is now 1-4 all-time against Hoban, which includes an 0-2 record when hosting the Knights.
Louisville defeated Hoban 12-10 for their lone victory in the series back in 2022.
