Girls Tennis Finishes Perfect in NBC for 6th Straight Season

The Louisville Lady Leopards Girls Tennis Team concluded the regular season with a shutout of the host Alliance Aviators 5-0. With the win, Louisville finishes the regular season 14-5 overall and completes a perfect 10-0 run through the NBC.

The Leopards won every singles match in straight sets led by Jozie Scott who won a perfect 6-0, 6-0 in #2 Doubles. Kayla Pukys also won in #1 Singles and Natalie Richards in #3 Singles by a final score of 6-1, 6-0.

In #1 Doubles, the Louisville Team of Alexis Pochubay & Alexis Wendt took their match 6-0, 6-1. In #2 Doubles, the Leopard Team of Tory Esposito & Maddie Miller also won 6-4, 7-5.

With the win, Louisville has now defeated Alliance 16 straight times and leads the all-time series 51-3. This is the sixth straight season that Lady Leopards Tennis has finished perfect in the NBC. They have now won 57 consecutive conference contests.
