Boys Soccer Edges Panthers 2-1
Louisville 2, Perry 1
The Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer Team edged the host Perry Panthers 2-1 Saturday Afternoon on the campus of Perry High School. With the victory, Louisville evens their record to 2-2 on the season.
The Leopards scored both of their goals in the first half. Alex Stefanik broke the ice by scoring off a pass from Micah Storlie with 15:00 remaining in the opening half. Not long after, Bailey Adams found the net via an assist from Derek Zeller with 5:30 left.

The Panthers got right back in the game with a goal just 54 seconds into the second half. The score cut the Louisville lead in half at 2-1. However, the Leopards were able to maintain it all the way to the end in to earn their second straight victory.
LHS held a 16-10 advantage in shots and an 8-6 edge in corner kicks for the game.
With the win, Louisville now leads the all-time series 3-2-1 with all three of their victories coming at Perry. This is the Leopards first victory over the Panthers since a 4-2 win at PHS on August 25, 2012.
