Largest Shutout in Team History

The shutout is the Leopards first since blanking Hubbard 81-0 at the Austintown Fitch Duals on January 8, 2022. That victory, along with congruent 81-0 victories over the Canton Central Catholic at the Canton South Duals in 2014 and 2015, served as the most lopsided dual wins in team history coming into the night.

Louisville eclipsed those previous high scoring marks by scoring the maximum 6 points in 13 of their 14 matchups. The nearly flawless 82-0 drubbing of Boardman included 8 pins and 5 forfeits. The major decision in the 138 match was the only dual that extended through all three periods. Unlike the previous 81-0 outcomes, Aric Criss earned a major decision which would prove to be difference in the Leopards rewriting the record books.
