Leopards Win Annual Doubles Classic – Boys Tennis
Louisville – 1st
The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis Team won their own host Louisville Doubles Classic Saturday at Louisville High School. Louisville finished 7-2 for the day to claim the top prize.
The Gronow Brothers, Scott and Seth, were the champions of Flite 2 for the Leopards. The Louisville Doubles Team of Ryan Pukys and Nick Eneix also finished as runner-ups in the Top Flite.
The Lake Blue Streaks finished 6-3 for the tournament to finish as the team runner-up. The Blue Streaks Dawson Drummond and Ryan Heakin were the champions for Flite 1 and the team of Alex Burkett and Joel Madenfort also won Flite 3.
The Marlington Dukes Doubles Teams also claimed second in both Flite 2 and Flite 3. Brady Mohr and Augie Warner were the runner-ups for Flite 2 and Spencer Frase and Danny Perez took second in Flite 3.
