Volleyball Lands Another Sweep Against Aviators

Louisville 25-25-25, Alliance 16-17-7

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team swept the visiting Alliance Aviators 25-16, 25-17, 25-9 JennCanAdThursday Evening at Louisville High School. With the victory, Louisville improves to 16-2 overall and remains alone in first at 10-0 in the NBC.

Paige Haren was monumental in her return to the lineup. The Senior Setter was the match’s top server with 13 points & 4 aces and also finished with a match-high 34 assists. Georgia Kiko was also the top hitter for the match with 11 kills.

On defense, Brynn Guist finished with a match-leading 4 blocks and Emma Vacha had a game-high 9 Beatty's Sports Camp David T-Shirt Light Greydigs.

The Aviators were led by Mary Zurbrugg who had a team-high 7 kills and Riley Grisez was Alliance’s top server with 4 points.

The Leopards are now 30-0 in sets this season against conference foes.

JV: Louisville 25-25, Alliance 21-13

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next travel to Marlington for a showdown with the Dukes on Tuesday, October 4. JV will begin at 5:00 PM and Varsity will follow around 6:00 PM.
