TRACK: Boys Take 12th, Girls Take 9th at Jackson Twilight
The boys and girls track teams participated in the Jackson Twilight Invitational Friday evening. The boys squad took 12th place with a score of 25 and the girls squad took 9th place with a score of 40.50.
For the girls, Mackenzie Rankin took second in the long jump with a finals distance of 16-09.50 and the 4×800 meter relay team of Rachel Baughman, Sarah Davis, Michelle Stamp, & Rankin took third with a time of 9:45.00.
For the boys, Nick Thomas took second in the 1600 meter run with a time of 4:32.22 and the 4×800 meter relay team of Chad Gentry, Garrett Dasco, Steven Stamp, and Tony Stevens took second finishing with a time of 8:00.34.
