Lady Leopards Drop Home Opener to Hoover 8-2 – Girls Soccer
North Canton Hoover 8, Louisville 2
The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Soccer team fell to the visiting North Canton Hoover Vikings 8-2 Monday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the loss, Louisville drops to 0-2 on the season.
Megan Chatelain and Aubry Fankhauser each scored second half goals to lead the Leopards.
The Lady Vikings built a 5-0 halftime lead and tacked on their advantage with 3 scores in the second half. Hoover outshot Louisville 15-3 for the contest.
North Canton was led by Jillian Bell and Lesley Kiesling who each recorded hat tricks. Kiesling also had 2 assists and Shannon Dillow added an assist. Other goal scorers for the Vikings included Mackenzie Henniegan and Malia Marinelli.
