Leah Claugus went 3-for-5 with 2 RBIs and Anna Sirohman homered to lead the Lady Leopards in their 8-7 loss to the host Wildcats. Katelynn Miller and Lilly Seaman also had multi-hit games as LHS dropped to 2-2.
The Leopards fell to the host Wildcats 11-1 in five innings before demolishing the Trojans 14-4 in a tri-header at Lagrange Community Park. Matti Benson and Jenna Collins drove in 5 runs each against McDowell.
Sarah Cantley threw a 1-hit complete game and struck out 11, but the Leopards were shutout by the Wildcats 1-0. Cantley and Teagan Rice had the only hits for Louisville.
