Louisville 25-25-25, Minerva 12-12-5

Grove Appliance Alliance Ohio AdThe Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team swept the visiting Minerva Lions 25-12, 25-12, 25-5 Thursday Evening at Louisville High School. With the win, Louisville improves to 5-6 overall and ups their record to 4-2 in NBC play.

The Lady Leopards got contributions from all-around during their victory. Emily Phillips was the leading server with 15 points and 4 aces. Other offensive leaders included Emily Fresenko as the top hitter with 9 kills and Morgan Cole who had a team-high 29 assists.

Louisville Leopards Women's Long Sleeved Jacket - Beatty's Sports Fall 2017Ellie Jackson led the Louisville defense with a team-high 13 digs. Cami Nau also registered a pair of blocks.

JV: Louisville 25-25, Minerva 16-8

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next compete at the Jackson Invitational on Saturday, September 16 at 10:00 AM.
