September 11, 1964 Week 1 Highlights of the Louisville Leopards 36-6 win over the Glenwood Eagles.  Bob Gladieux lit up the “new” Louisville scoreboard with four touchdowns and throwing another on a halfback option play which was a key threat for the Leopard all season long.

Glenwood Coach Jim Reich commented on the Flying Frenchman’s performance after the game “I do think without Gladieux in there, Louisville would be just another average team, but with him…”
