Louisville Softball Youth Skills Camp to Be Held July 10-12
Head Coach Andrea Arney, the Louisville Softball Coaching Staff, and players will be hosting a youth softball skills camp. The camp will run from July 10-12 and will take place at the Louisville Varsity Softball Field.
The Leopard Softball Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game of softball. This will include fielding, throwing, and hitting mechanics. With the use of stations, each camper will receive individual instruction on the drills that they use at their Varsity and JV level practices. In addition, each camper will get to participate in short scrimmages/games at the end of each day of camp. Each camper will receive a Louisville Leopard Softball T-Shirt.

Session 1 will include incoming 2nd – 5th graders from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and Session 2 will include incoming 6th – 9th graders from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. If interested, please see the form below for more information and to fill out the Camper Information Sheet. 9:15-9:30 – Throwing Break Down and Mechanics
9:30-9:50 – Defensive Stations
9:50-10:10 – Hitting Stations
10:10-10:50 – Scrimmage/Games with Louisville Players as Coaches 10:50-11:00 – Cool Down
Session 2: (Grades 6-9)
12:00-12:10 – Stretch/Introductions
