Leopards Sweep McKinley & Orrville in Regular Season Finale – Swimming

The Louisville Leopards Swim Teams competed again the Orrville Red Riders and the host Canton McKinley Bulldogs Friday Evening at C.T. Branin Natatorium in a tri-meet to conclude the regular season. The Louisville Boys defeated Orrville 64-8 and Canton McKinley 54-49 to end the regular season with a record of 4-6. The Lady Leopards defeated Orrville 100-60 and Canton McKinley 105-58 to finish the regular season with a mark of 9-2.

In the final regular meet of the season, the Leopard boys notched two more wins. They claimed victories against the McKinley Bulldogs and the Orrville Red Riders. Each member of the boys team dropped times in their events. The relay team of Mike Conway, Ty Hopkins, Matt Conway and Bryce Puckett took first place the Medley and 200 Free relays. First place finishes went to Mike Conway, Matt Conway and Ty Hopkins.

The Lady Leopards took home 2 more wins Friday evening as they took on the McKinley Bulldogs and the Orrville Red Riders. In their final regular season meet, the girls claimed first place in all three relay events. Swimming in the relays were Katelyn Claugus, Taylor Dimmerling, Anya Willett, Reese Joliat, Ashley Menegay, Jenna McIntyre, Shae Clark, Gracie McCoy, and Chloe Cole. First place finishes went to Anya Willett, Katelyn Claugus, and Leah Collins. Season best times were achieved by Anya Willett, Reese Joliat, Wini Sheets, Jenna McIntyre, Katelyn Claugus and Luka Buydos.
