In arguably there most complete win of the season, the Louisville Leopards upended the host Marlington Dukes 40-8 back on September 22, 2006

Runningback Brandon Hostetler ran for 78 yards, rushed for touchdowns of 2 and 43 yards, and also caught a 29 yard touchdown reception to lead Louisville. Quarterback Ben Schmcker, who threw the pass, was the games leading rusher with 86 of the Leopards 278 yards on the ground.

The Louisville defense held Marlington to just 16 yards rushing on 27 attempts and forced 4 Beatty's Sports Grey Hat Adturnovers. One of those takeaways was an interception by Clay Swigert who returned it 65 yards for a score.

The Dukes only points of the contest came in the fourth quarter when Quarterback Mike Gorman connected with Cory Scott for a 37 yard touchdown strike. Gorman also ran in the two-point conversion.

Earlier, Kyle Falk scored on a 7 yard touchdown run in the first quarter and Neal Seaman found the endzone via a 13 yard run in the third quarter for Louisville.
